When the city or the county recover their taxes that have not been paid by a property owner through the foreclosure process they auction off said property to recover their taxes. Once that property has been sold for more or a larger amount than those taxes that are due there are surplus funds and then the owner of the property must apply for the recovery of said funds through the court system.

I learned today that you can take one step back and two steps forward maybe even more steps forward, that with the King of Kings fighting your battles you can win them all.

After a failed trial balloon with a law firm thinking that they would extend me credit for an assessment to recover some $50,000 due me or due to the ministry then I was thinking erroneously, because I discovered today that it was not any better with the law firm than it would be in the hands of the Lord God Almighty so this morning I was most happy to discover that there are attorneys that will take care of the recovery for free and do all the work.

So it was that step back for me that was a springboard not for two but for many steps forward.

Now that I have not one but two  pockets to recover for two buildings that were taken from the ministry.

Now I have the representation to go forward and recover the entire amount without charging me any fee whatsoever.
