LIFELINE PHONES

After being notified 5/26/19 that lifeline had paid for my next 30 days,
Today suddenly my call to my Health Insurance is routed to Assurance
demanding toppup  stating my balance was zero. When I said that the
Inspector General would likely need confirm my balance the gave me
$10 credit on the spot and agent stated I have unlimited service yet the
Server insists my balance is 0. With no mention of the $10 that were
Confirmed by text sms. Meanwhile my service is completely restored
