I have erected the shield to the bright sun light in my bare Windows and it

I have no more to claim for this week. Beyond my Monday trip to market &

My good breach to a new dish of an AVACADO.

Dressing w blue cheese dressing & 6 Hard boiled eggs of Which the first meal Was my evening

With only 18% of it consumed. I shall eat It every day at eve and see how many days it lasts.

The condition of the said AVACADO was not ideal so I cut up the 2nd to put in the Freezer to wait 

For the end of the First batch.

So I can make the

Second and have the Same evening meal Till both meals have been eaten.

Untold ages I have been spent and disabused of any freedom.

Today after one more sleeples night of meds failing to bring sleep to my eyes from my insomnia.

Today I make my personal Declaration of Freedom and Indepence.

Hysterical delirium bubbles up from my belly and so I shudder at the thought that I have found my muse.

I know now but that there is that door I have not opened.

A door that had been closed but now is opened and I can see the light come shining through I have been paid my due.

Waiting and waiting so contemplating I look upon the mirror reflection of the man I used to be.

Today I start my journey all the way back to my destiny.

I found the key to let me be every bit of all that I can be 

I can rise above the dizziness that had me bound and chained in bondage to the "ground".

Flat on my back upon my bed for untold ages I have been.

So let me please herein confess that I have been in great distress, but now I see a light that shines through yonder window bright.

It makes me hope that I can find my way upon the road of my journey to my destiny.

Help me now my reader please to reach my goal my destiny just pray for me and so that I can be every bit of all that I can be.

Aug 13 is on display as a reminder to me that my 78th year on Earth will be my finest.

Thanksgiving Day PRAYER

Thank You my Beloved Brother and Father for my all expense paid trip into the BELLY OF the BEAST. 

WHERE I have met the C monster and will just like David and Goliath bring it down since the battle is not mine and my Defender is so much more than able He can snap a finger and command a legion of battle ready warriors HE is the Captain of The Host and never lost a battle or a war.

After giving me the inside of what the health delivery system suffered at the hands of C. I am happy to face one more problem to solve in concert with a battalion of like minds.

Minutes from covid central

After being cleared of c-19 at Buffalo General Er then sent to Gettsvill to be diagnosed with onstage pnumonia then sent back to er for early morning debate with metal on wheel chair which I lost with bloody testimony to prove my Defeat.

But c-19 is only a challenge to overcome. And better be me than someone less able.

The second fall and this new challenge all to awaken my Levitical roots. And find my home in Jews 4 JC.

So finally by a crooked path made straight I have found my way home.
