Dear reader  it is my honor 

to greet you today with swelling warm tears of joy.

The Urban Family Practice where I receive my primary care  here in the 

westside of Buffalo our very own Nickel City.

Where Brendon is my Assisting Physician  under the leadership and 

supervision of Dr. Raul Vazquez.

So I go in to get for my physical 

and my occupational therapy  the 

prescription.   But some unexpected benefits and Health Resources 

were waiting. 

A bag of fruits and veggies was there waiting for me along with all my over-the-counter vitamins and 

The non-prescription pharmacy products. United Health my medical insurance has a host of benefits including a $125 per month in over

The counter products.

Along with my  vitamins and my fruits and veggies I get my 

prescription for my therapy and a weekly appointment with 

the Wellness Center and if that is not enough I get a class in 

healthy nutrition to boot.

Then the icing on the cake my custumary four hour wait is cut 

to only one In future.  I saw Ayla my G Health Home Navigator 

and she is ready to work with Joe my Health Insurance Social 

worker who met me at home to pick up the prescription for my 

RN Care Manager so she can schedule my therapy.

Then to add to my tearfulness I witness Cuba Gooding Jr deliver 

in RADIO.

THE DIZZY HEIGHTS OF MYSTERIES

So here I am in fact pushing this very big boulder up this very high hill. Knowing full well that from the top it is all downhill. This vigor I possess has awakened in me this unquenchable thirst for the wisdom of the ages.

Today as I sit and ponder these mysteries I reflect on the redirection of this corner property I held in TRUST for GOD'S WARTIME ARMY into the hands of those able to renovate it and bring into code compliance while these many Heavenly Mysteries are being revealed to me.
